On February 1, 2024, the Georgia Senate passed Senate Bill 63. This bill, sponsored by Senator Randy Robertson a republican.
On the first day of Black History Month, the Georgia State Senate passed SB 63. No church, charity, or person can bail you out.
Now the judge will require you to get cash bail even for non-violent offenses such as having less than an ounce of weed, trespassing or any misdemeanor. This will negatively impact black people in ATLANTA.
NOT VOTING HAS SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES!
Beginning July 1, 2024, Governor Kemp signed the SB63 bill into law which says you can’t get out on bail unless you pay it yourself. You ask why in Georgia, because that’s where a lot of prominent black businesses are. It’s also where more influential up and coming black people live, work and own businesses there, so if you break them down, there won’t be any more black people becoming millionaires and billionaires.
The people who can’t pay bail are more likely black and brown people which means they would lose their jobs and won’t have access to their families and could even lose their housing. Sounds cruel. Cruelty is the point. They don’t really want prison reform but slave workers. Republicans are desperate to reclaim the power they have lost because of the orange Mussolini.
Sometimes people go to jail awaiting court and end up dead or killing someone just trying to protect themselves and now they get more time; in which case they shouldn’t have even been in jail in the first place. There are more black people in prison than any other ethnicity and many awaiting trials, for minor crimes. INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY! Yeah right.
1.9 million black and brown men in prison as of June 2024.
This is costing us the taxpayers, the low income and poor people money and not the rich people who don’t pay taxes, while the rich white man gets drug interventions and mental help and in home confinement.
All of this is coming from republicans as a form of retaliation, because their cop city has been halted due to the protesters, so they mad and who do they take it out on black people just like the good old days.
Black people they are keeping us hyper entertained to distract us from all these laws that they are passing right in front of our very eyes.
Have you noticed there are so many concerts for black people in every city these days because they know we love music. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining because they are right about us loving music, but two things can be true at the same time, my eyes are open to what they are really trying to do. DISTRACT us from their plan to extinguish, annihilate, and enslave us.
Why is it every time black people start coming together and start getting ahead a new drug, a new law, or a new form of oppression comes out. COINCIDENCE I THINK NOT!!

The poor people’s campaign is gaining momentum for everybody in every city in America from all walks of life. June 29 the poor people’s march in EVERY CITY.
There are 135 million poor and low wage people in this world. IMAGINE if we all voted for the right people that’s for us, we could change our lives, our kids and grandkids’ life too.
